David C. Scholl

In 2010 David Scholl formed Vintage Partners, a real estate development and investment company, with several partners.  Vintage Partners is an active owner/developer of retail real estate with projects throughout Arizona.

Prior to forming Vintage Partners, Scholl was with Westcor.  As senior vice president of development for Westcor, Scholl oversaw ground-up development and redevelopment for Macerich’s Arizona portfolio. A 49-year resident of Phoenix, Scholl was with Westcor for 24 years and has been active in the southwest US real estate market for more than 36 years.

Scholl is active in many aspects of the shopping center development industry. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also serves on the advisory committee for the Arizona District Council of ULI, and on the board of Fighter Country Partnership.

Scholl earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona and his MBA degree from Arizona State University. After graduating from Arizona State University, Scholl worked with the Phoenix office of Coldwell Banker as a broker-trainee before joining Westcor.
