Andrew Prupas '06

Andrew Prupas is a Vice President and Senior Advisor Consultant representing Franklin Templeton in Northern California including Marin County, Sonoma County, Napa County, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County and San Francisco. He began his career in financial services in 2006 when he joined Franklin Templeton. As an advisor to financial professionals, Andrew provides a valuable perspective in the areas of market insights, practice management, and portfolio construction. He consults with financial professionals to help them deliver better outcomes for their clients and grow their business. Andrew has a wealth of industry knowledge and a deep understanding of Franklin Templeton investment solutions including mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, alternatives, separately managed accounts, model portfolios, 529 plans and insurance products.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Media Arts and minor in Political Science from the University of Arizona. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and the Certified Investment Management Analyst certification (CIMA ® ) administered by The Investment Wealth Institute and taught in conjunction with The Yale School of Management, Yale University.

Andrew currently resides in Marin County, California with his wife Annie and twins Kate and Parker. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, being a Dad and playing with his dog Wilbur.

 

Adam Band '07

Adam was the Fiji T-shirt Chair for three years as an undergraduate (he would still put their basketball jersey and islander tanks up there with any other years). He began his financial services career in 2008 and joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2010. He forms strong relationships with clients, getting to know their interests, needs and aspirations, as well as those of their spouses, children and grandchildren. Adam acts as a "hub," organizing and integrating the different elements of clients' financial lives so that they have a single contact point for their various wealth management needs. Adam holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM(CRPC®) designation. He is a Forbes Top 250 Next Generation Wealth Advisor.

He earned a bachelor's degree in communication from University of Arizona and belongs to its alumni organization, the Capitol Cats. He and his wife, Joanna, have two sons and live in Potomac, Maryland.
